Keep stress away in style
Life can get really tough with three babies to take care of - your kid, your husband and your JOB.
With so much to do, do you end up greeting the first ray of sun and rush home long after the last ray?
Before exhaustion takes over, and you turn victim of overwork, here's what you should do to make life easier at office.
Catch the signs
You are the last one to leave office. And your weekends are always spent juggling between office work and domestic responsibilities.
You might be highly organised, but if your personal and professional lives are getting overlapped, time you get your act together.
Talk to your boss
Your seniors are too busy with the seniors' expectations. So don't expect them to understand your situation all the time. "Take the initiative and walk up to them.
Communicate your issues as clearly as possible. Make it a casual conversation, and let them understand your situation," says Yanjana Singh, Manager HR with a broking firm.
If possible, also contribute some practical ideas to make things easier for you.
Balancing act
Your personal life, especially marital bliss takes a strong beating, when you work too much. Avoid this under any circumstance.
"Indulge in some effective time management and have an organised approach towards your work. You'll realise you've not being probably deputing work to the right people, taking responsibility for everything," says Kiran Panwar, Operations Manager with a premium insurance company.
Food for thought
Never ever skip lunch. This is the first thing we all tend to do when overworked. Don't take your afternoon meal so lightly, as it nourishes your body and mind.
It will also help you feel fresh and active when back home, so you can also spend some quality time with your family as well.
Follow these simple pieces of advice to keep exhaustion, overwork and stress away.
